ECC Announces Paramedic Graduates

Students in the Edgecombe Community College EMT-Paramedic program completed a clinical rotation with the UNC Health Care’s medical transport helicopter based at Nash UNC Health Care in Rocky Mount. Fourteen students completed a recent EMT-Paramedic class at Edgecombe Community College.

The one-year EMT-Paramedic course includes classroom instruction, clinical rotations, and an EMS field internship. Upon successful completion of the EMT-Paramedic program, graduates are eligible to take the North Carolina Paramedic certification exam.
