After you have been accepted to the college, make an appointment with the School Certifying Official to discuss your next steps. In order to serve you better, please bring with you to your appointment the following items:
DD-214, Member 4 copy
Copy of all transcripts (high school, college, and military) that have not been previously submitted
Certificate of Eligibility (or copy of completed VA Form 22-1990)
You will be appointed a counselor to register you for your classes. The counselor and you must complete and sign the Veteran’s Registration Form. This form must be returned to the School Certifying Official before classes can be certified with VA.
