Transcript Requests

Transcript requests will be honored promptly. Students may obtain copies transcripts in a form useful for advisement, program planning, etc.

The Edgecombe Community College transcript also is filed in the records office. A copy of student records is maintained in three locations, one in Rocky Mount and two in Tarboro. Veterans information is on file in the Veterans Office under the supervision and responsibility of the Veterans Coordinator. Tarboro students’ records are housed on the Tarboro campus. Rocky Mount students’ records are located on the Rocky Mount campus. The ECC transcript will be the only student record which will be maintained at the College on a permanent basis. All other records will be destroyed as prescribed by the State Board of Community College Public Records Retention & Disposition Schedule.
