Position: Director of Financial Aid (Full-Time)
Available: Early Fall 2013
Description: Serves as College’s primary official for administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs as well as delivery of financial aid services. Provides leadership, management, and strategic planning for effective and efficient delivery of student financial aid and service to veterans. Manages all financial aid programs in compliance with current federal and state regulations and institutional policies; and works collaboratively with other administrative departments within the College and external government agencies. Reports directly to Vice President of Student Services.
Qualifications: MINIMUM - Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related field – from an accredited institution plus 3 – 5 years’ experience as Assistant or Associate Director of Financial Aid at a college.
PREFERRED - All of the minimum qualifications specified above; 5+ years experience as Assistant or Associate Director of Financial Aid; plus Career Readiness Credential.
