STEM Camp Makes Technology Fun

Tarboro High School student and STEM Camp volunteer Asia White, 16, helps Seth Schenall, 12, cut wires to make an Ethernet cable during Edgecombe Community College’s Middle School STEM Camp this week. Campers learned how to solder electronic circuits, built bottle rockets, programmed Arduino microcontrollers, and extracted strawberry DNA, among other activities. Elementary STEM Camp meets next week on the Tarboro campus.
