ECC Leadership Group Meets

 
Coach Raymond Cobb, head varsity football coach at SouthWest Edgecombe High School, spoke on Tuesday to a group of Edgecombe Community College employees who are participants in the 2006-2007 Educational Leadership Initiative (ELI). ELI was developed in spring 2006 to strengthen employees’ knowledge of the community college system and its management. The class of 21 employees has met for a two-day workshop and other seminars. Participants are required to complete an internship within a division of the college. Cobb spoke to the group on “Ideas on Leadership from a Coach’s Perspective.”
