Class Learns How to Party at ECC Cooking School

About 30 foodies watched, learned, and sampled delicious and creative cocktail party fare Tuesday evening as Joe White, chef and caterer of Myrtle Grove Catering, led a “Let’s Party” Cooking School on the Tarboro campus.

Participation in the college’s summer Cooking Schools increased 150 percent from the June event, also taught by White, to this week’s lesson.

Fall Cooking Schools with Stephen Ribustello, executive chef and co-owner of On The Square restaurant and wine store, are scheduled for September 20, October 18, and November 15. Call 823-5166, ext. 356, for details.
