"Politically Correct" Team Wins 2nd Quiz Bowl

 
For the second year in a row, the "Politically Correct" team, coached by Mike Blankenship, social science instructor, won the annual ECC Quiz Bowl on March 5. The event was sponsored by the Student Government Association and Student Services. In addition to "Politically Correct," participating teams were: Terror Bytes - Coach Wes Hill; Business Administration/Accounting - Coach Giles Dail; EMPAC/BUTTERFLIE - Coach Lori Winstead; Snapping Turtles - Coach Grady Bailey; and Terps - Coach Janice Silver. “Academic rigor is what we’re all about,” said Dr. Deborah Lamm as she welcomed everyone to the Quiz Bowl competition.
