IMAIL Technical Support

If you are simply having a problem logging into IMAIL, please read the following
points BEFORE submitting a trouble report.

Point 1:  Your IMAIL password is either 12345 or the last 4 digits of your SSN
                (unless you have changed it to something else).

Point 2:  Your IMAIL login user ID is one of the following, depending on when your IMAIL
                account was created.

If Account Created...	The User Id is....
Before November 15, 2004	lastname.firstname
After November 15,2004	lastname.firstname.x (where "x" is your middle initial)   Note: If you have no middle name or you did not tell us your middle   name, then an "x" will be used.

If you can still not login after considering the above information, then click on the
Report Problem button.  Otherwise, click on Cancel button.
