What is my IMAIL account name?

If you created your IMAIL account after November 15, 2004....

        then your account name is in the format lastname.firstname.middle-initial such as jones.betty.w.

        If you have no middle name then use "x" as your middle initial.

If you created your IMAIL account before November 15, 2004...

         then your account name is in the format lastname.firstname such as smith.robert.

How do I log into IMAIL?

To login, enter your IMAIL account name and password.

Your default password is "12345".  After logging in the first time you should change your password.

How do I change my IMAIL password?

To change your password after logging into IMAIL, select Personal Account Options, Change Password

What is my complete email address?

Your complete email address is your IMAIL account name joined with "@mail.edgecombe.edu".

For example: jones.betty.w@mail.edgecombe.edu
