Position: Part-time Instructor – Human Resources Development
Summary Description: Instructors teach Human Resources Development classes both on-campus and at community locations in Edgecombe County. HRD programs offer employability skills training and career development counseling to unemployed or under-employed adults.
Essential Job Functions: Plan, coordinate, and implement the instructional phase of the Human Resources Development Program. Assist with recruitment of prospective students. Maintain records of students’ attendance. Develop new materials and techniques for presentation to students and discuss with HRD Director for approval. Discuss employment prospects with students.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with teaching experience and familiarity with HRD programs.
