The Division of Corporate and Community Development offers a number of online continuing education course options.
Ed2Go Online Courses
Edgecombe Community College works in conjunction with Ed2Go to offer a variety of online courses covering numerous topics. The majority of these courses are $65 with 24 contact hours. Senior citizens 65 years of age or older who live in North Carolina may take one course a semester free of charge (either a face-to-face class or an Ed2Go online class).
Lessons are issued on Wednesday and Friday for 6 weeks. These courses can be used for 2.4 Continuing Education Units. For more information, and a list of available courses, visit the college's Ed2Go website.
Public Safety Online Courses
Edgecombe Community College has established itself as a leader in the delivery of classroom based, hybrid, and online education for the emergency services community, as well as for lay responders.

The mission of College and Career Readiness, formerly Basic Skills, is to offer adults the opportunity to improve their literacy skills and acquire the necessary knowledge for success in employment, self-sufficiency, higher education, and the family.
