HIT 220 Computers in Health Care

Prerequisites: CIS 110 or CIS 111
Corequisites: None

This course covers basic computer system architecture, file
structure, and design for health care settings. Topics include
system analysis, design, security, and selection for a variety
of hardware environments. Upon completion, students should be
able to design, implement, evaluate, and maintain automated
information systems in health care.
