HIT 114 Record Systems/Standards

This course covers basic concepts and techniques for managing and
maintaining health record systems. Topics include health record
content, qualitative analysis, format, record control, storage,
retention, forms design/control, indices and registers, and numbering
and filing systems. Upon completion, students should be able to
demonstrate an understanding of health record systems, including
their maintenance and control.
